Meg did an impressive market analysis on my unit and convinced me that my unit was well priced but under-presented. Instead of suggesting to reduce my price like every other agent. She suggested to improve the presentation of my unit so the buyers can appreciate all the great features that went unnoticed previously. She then brought in her staging team who transformed my unit into a beautiful model home and sold it in less than 40 days close to my asking price. When Meg and her staging team arrived at my condo – I felt that I was moving out and objected to some items that were being removed; but after a while I understood they were doing their best to showcase my home. I was pleased with the many hours and multiple returns of the staging team to the condo just to ensure that my unit shows well to prospective buyers.
